Who these terms are with

haroon.pro is the personal portfolio of Haroon K.M (Muhammad Haroon Rasheed K.M), an AI Developer and ML Engineer based in Chennai, India. “I”, “me” and “my” mean Haroon; “you” means anyone using the site.

By using the site or booking a call through it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

In shortUsing the site means you are fine with these terms.

Using the site

You are welcome to browse, read, and share links to any page. Please don’t use the site to break the law, send spam, try to reach anything that isn’t public, overload it with automated requests, or interfere with how it works.

Search engines and link previews crawling the site respectfully are fine.

In shortBrowse, read and share. Don’t abuse it.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Cal.com. You choose a time, tell me who you are and what you would like to talk about, and pick Google Meet, WhatsApp or a phone call. Please give accurate details: I use them to prepare.

Times are shown in your own time zone. A booking is confirmed once you see the confirmation on the page and Cal.com’s email arrives.

Calls are free, informal and exploratory. A call is not a contract, and nothing said on it is professional, legal or financial advice. Paid work only ever happens under a separate written agreement.

I don’t record a call without asking you first.

In shortFree, informal, no strings. Give real details and show up.

Rescheduling and cancelling

You can move your call to another open time yourself, with the reschedule link in Cal.com’s email, the link in the calendar entry this site gives you, or “Move it” on the booking page on the device you booked from.

Only I can cancel a booking. If you can’t make it at all, reschedule or let me know (reply to Cal.com’s email or message me on LinkedIn) and I will take care of it. When a call is cancelled, Cal.com emails you and the time opens up again.

I may decline or cancel a booking that looks like spam, abuse or a mistake.

In shortYou can always move your call. Cancelling goes through me.

Your information

When you book, I receive your name, your email, your answers to the booking questions and the way you chose to talk. Cal.com keeps the booking and my Google Calendar holds the event.

When you write to me through the contact form on the homepage, I receive your name, your email and your message. They are stored with my database provider, Supabase, and passed to Brevo, the email service I use to read and answer them.

I use these details only to arrange, prepare and follow up on our conversation. I don’t sell them and I don’t add you to any mailing list. Ask me and I will delete the records I control.

The site keeps two small things in your own browser: your 12- or 24-hour clock choice, and the booking you made here (its reference and time) so the page can offer to move it. Neither is sent anywhere; clearing your browser’s data for the site removes them. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser) for security and reliability. There is no advertising or tracking.

In shortOnly what the call or your message needs. Never sold.
